This group is aimed at young people in school years 7 – 13 (aged 11 – 18). 

Led by writer Maria Whatton with an assistant writer, the group will meet in Burton Library from 1.30 – 3.30pm on the following Saturdays:

12th November 2022
10th December 2022
14th January 2023
4th February 2023
11th March 2023
[no April session]
20th May 2023 (NB this date has changed from 6th May due to the Coronation)
10th June 2023
1st July 2023

The sessions cost £10 for a taster session, or £9 per session when booked for all remaining sessions. You can choose to pay in one lump sum or pay by monthly recurring card payments. 

Please note, we encourage young people to join one group for the year, as getting to know their fellow group members is an important part of developing as a writer.
