Teen Writing Season

Writing Fan Fiction

Saturday 12th June 2021, 4.30pm
Join Charley Barnes as we explore how to use a piece of writing to inspire your own work.
Louise O'Neill's books look at the experiences of teenagers and how sexism and shame affects them. You can listen to an interview with Louise and two young presenters to inspire you to book for the workshop.

Summer Writing Challenge 2021

Monday 26th July - Friday 30th July 2021, 9.30am - 4pm

Come and join us on Monday 26th - Friday 30th July for five days of writing, inspiration, and quality feedback from your own home, caravan or holiday cottage.

You'll write new genres following writing prompts set daily, and you'll get a chance to get one-on-one feedback at least twice in the week, if you want it. You can try your hand at writing a range of styles from poetry to audio drama to flash fiction to wordplay.

You'll be writing for fun, being as creative as you want to be, and you'll meet and be supported by a whole network of other young writers for a brilliantly positive creative writing experience.
