What happens next?
- You’ll receive an automatic acknowledgement of your registration – this does not guarantee your place in the group you requested.
- We will process your booking. You should hear from us soon, but our system is fully automated, so if you’re applying between Thursday evening and Sunday evening, you may not get a response until Monday when our staff are back in the office.
- We will allocate your child a place in the group you requested.
- We will be in touch with you to seek payment. Once we have received payment, we’ll confirm your place in the group and send you a timetable link so you can see the dates of the sessions you’re booked in for.
Please do not turn up to a session unless you have paid or heard from us regarding your booking.
